They say, “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know”, so with that in mind, we thought we would share our current vacancies with you!
We are currently recruiting for the following vacancies:

Dusty Hill Vineyard and Joe’s Grand Hotel:

  • Sous Chef ($70 – $80k per annum)
  • Chef de Partie ($65 – 70k per annum)
  • Commis Chef ($58 – 65k per annum)
  • Apprentice Chef (Pay Rate as per the Hospitality Industry General Award or negotiable on performance.) School leavers or mature aged apprentices are welcome to apply.

The Goomeri Bakery:

  • Head Baker ($70-80k)
  • Sous Baker ($65-70k)
  • Baker ($58k – 65k)

All Venues:

  • Front of House Team Leader (Level 4 or 5 of the Hospitality Industry General Award)
  • Front of House Team Members (Introductory to Level 3 of the Hospitality Industry General Award).

Sadly, whilst we are operating on limited team members across our venues, we will be temporarily reducing our booking numbers to ensure can continue to provide you with an exceptional experience.

This has been a difficult decision for us to make, but a necessary one for the wellbeing of our team members, and for us not to compromise on the service we pride ourselves on delivering.

Alike many businesses across Australia, our Hospitality Business has also taken a hit from the mandates and ‘The Great Resignation’. We hope to see a positive turnaround soon and look forward to running at 100% again.
